How to Become a Member
Membership is by invitation only and a recommendation from three current members is required, confirming:
- Your professional qualifications, attitude and conduct;
- Your understanding of the principles and values behind the internet: The more you contribute to others, the higher is your return;
- Which category fits you best:
- E1 (Entrepreneurs: Founders & Co-founders of companies, Professional Board Members)
- EX (Business Executives: CEOs and Executive/Senior Business Professionals with 15+ years business experience in Pharma/Biotech
- F1 (Business Drivers and Future En/Intrapreneurs: Business Developers, Project and Finance Managers, Team Leaders, Communication Managers with 5+ years business experience in Pharma/Biotech)
- G1 (“Greenhorns”: New in business with less than 5 years business experience in Pharma/Biotech)
- VIB (Venture Capitalists, Investors, Bankers)
- RX (Researchers going for the “x-price”, Innovators)
- SP (Service Providers: CMOs, CROs, Legal & Business Consultants, Advisors, etc.)
- SR (Recruitment: Any Consultant whose services include recruitment)
- J (Journalist, Media Representative)
- O (Organisations & Interest Groups - profit and non-profit)
Please note that if you guarantee for a member and that member violates the code of conduct or is admitted under false pretences, also your membership may be quarantined or even lost without any refund, depending on circumstances. Decisions to quarantine or exit members are taken solely by the global member administration board and will be based on members’ misconduct / spam reporting.

Rules for Good Conduct:
It is not allowed to spam/harass members with promoting service or consulting activities outside the available paid-for advertising space.
Please note: Service providers are not allowed to contact other members at random. Service providers may make personal contact by writing individual and specifically targeted text to a selected member. However all activities by service providers are tightly monitored to secure member comfort. Three spam reports from members (not other service providers) may lead to quarantine or loss of membership with no cash refund.
As stated in our User Agreement (which you accept with signing up), BB is not responsible for material posted by members. Each member is solely responsible for their own posted material and has to secure that they do not violate copyright, company policies, confidentiality and that material does not contain offensive or obscene language/pictures or information violating other members, company rights or other conditions that may make it illegal.
